Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any Tekton Solutions service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Tekton Solutions. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and confirming that you have the authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tekton Solutions and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Client projects and deliverables are subject to ownership terms defined in individual project agreements.

In no event shall Tekton Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified in the project terms; early termination may be subject to fees for work completed.
